The Champagne Bulle de Rosé by Frédéric Savart is a very special Champagne Rosé, Savart style, coming from the Premier Cru terroir in the village of Écueil. It is an assemblage of 65% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, as well as 5% Pinot Noir vinified as red. It rests partially in wooden barrels as well as steel tanks and has a low dosage (2 g/l). Inspiring Champagne.

A cap on his head and mud on his boots has made us instantly fall in love with Freddie Savart, a jolly former football (soccer) player turned world-class winemaker. Freddie’s wild creativity and experimentation is crafting Champagne that has the entire wine world talking. Savart champions Pinot Noir based Champagnes grown in the mineral rich soils of Montagne de Reims. He’s a force to be reckoned with and celebrates the romance of wine. His wines are for the thrill seekers, the wine geeks, and of course, the Champagne lovers.
