Sidro is a collab with our friends at Bar Volo, and it's our first ever cider with a little bit of residual sweetness.

We arrested fermentation by chilling the cider to 0°C, shocking our wild microflora and capturing the cider with natural sugars. We blended it with a finished crabapple cider to add tannin and texture.

What's it like?: It drinks like the iconic ciders served in UK pubs. Bright malic acidity, restrained apple tannins, all balanced by a a few grams of natural apple sugars. It's funky/fresh, but mostly just fresh and juicy and delicious.

Select the Pick-up option at checkout and our staff will pack the order up and have it ready for you to pick-up at our Bloor St bottle shop. You will be notified when it's ready.
