“Brisa” means pomace in Catalan, hence “Brisat” is the traditional term for skin contact wines in the Penedés area. 5 days on skins and then 3 months in underground concrete tanks. No filtration, fining or additives. Medium body, pretty golden peach color. Starts off spritzy and quickly diffuses to a plump, juicy texture. Ginger pear and pithy grapefruit on the finish. Refreshing and approachable.
