Charles Dufour's Bulles de Comptoir cuvée brings together all the grapes on the estate. There is therefore Pinot Noir (majority), Chardonnay and Pinot blanc, all planted in the Arce valley (Côte des Bar). We are at the thirteenth version of this Bulles de Comptoir vintage called "Cuisine du Dimanche". It therefore contains all the parcels of the estate but also the entire history of the estate, from 1982 to the present day since the blend consists of wines from the 2022 harvest (65% of the volume of the blend), fermented and aged in barrels for a year, reserve wines from a Solera initiated by Charles in 2010 and grouping the 2010 vintages to 2021 (25% of the volume) and finally, for the remaining 10%, wines from a perpetual winery reserve created from his father's wines, produced during the 1982 to 2009 vintages. The draw dates from February 2024 and the degorgement took place in May 2025, with an extra raw dosage
