100% Ciliegiolo, 'Oh Rosa!' is the perfect bottle to round out any picnic or midday meal. Hand harvested in whole cluster bunches, it sees a gentle pressing and then goes directly into stainless steel tanks where fermentation occurs spontaneously; no filtration and no SO2 before bottling. Like all wines in Sequerciani’s lineup, this is fresh with a capital F, shows beautifully balanced acidity, and is downright delightful in its drinkability, hitting an ideal sweet-spot between structure and suppleness. Expect little red berries, tart cherry, and a twang of sun-kissed terracotta. Serve chilled it can pair with just about anything, but serve it a bit warmer and see how elegantly it complements slightly heavier fare, from chicken with artichokes and capers to seasonal grilled vegetables.
