This vintage is richer and more textured than ever before from the extended skin contact. Think summer cherry pie, with a dusting of cinnamon, nutmeg and clove.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe lees have added a silken depth, while the extended skin contact has added structure and tannin to this vintage. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt's also ever-so-slightly sparkling from a bit of malolactic fermentation in bottle.
